This is a work that is available and applicable for everyone who lives and breathes.
We live, we breathe – but do we value the gift that is offered as a healing?
Thankfully, many of us do and I am excited to share what I have found from the benefits.
Breath is the intersection point between mind, body emotions and spirit.
Without breath, we are dead, so it follows that the more breath we use,
the more alive and fulfilled we are.
Breathing is not only a mechanical process that keeps us alive merely surviving
it also reveals to us the way we live and the quality of our lives.
In this relationship with everything in our environment, inhaling and exhaling,
we receive and release and, using the technique of circular breathing and
letting go of resistance, we are in creative mode
filling ourselves from within with an abundance mentality.

As an experienced facilitator in this work, it is important for me to keep your attention on the breathing cycle and encourage complete trust in what your breath is revealing to you.
It is a powerful journey of self discovery and beauty.
I facilitate breathing sessions for small groups and for private appointments.
I also work with movement, deep body work and as a massage therapist,
as I have done for 25 years.
I do encourage these other modalities to be used in combination
with the breathing therapy.
